• Account data: email address and encrypted password when you register.
• Usage data: number of carousels generated per month to enforce plan limits.
• Payment data: handled entirely by Stripe. We never store card numbers or payment details.
• Analytics: anonymous usage data via Google Analytics (GA4) and Datafast, including pages visited and events triggered. No personal data is linked to these events.

3. How we use your data

• To create and manage your account.
• To process payments and manage your subscription.
• To enforce usage limits based on your plan.
• To understand how users interact with the product and improve it.
• To send transactional emails (e.g. account confirmation).

4. Third-party services

We use the following third-party services, each with their own privacy policies:

• Supabase — authentication and database hosting.
• Stripe — payment processing.
• Anthropic — AI content generation (carousel text is sent to their API).
• Google Analytics (GA4) — usage analytics.

5. Data retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion at any time by emailing caio@carousel-ai.com.
