1. Acceptance

By accessing or using Carousel AI ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of service

Carousel AI is a web application that uses AI to generate carousel posts for social media platforms such as Instagram and LinkedIn. The Service is provided by Caio Avelino (caio@carousel-ai.com).

3. Account

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You must provide a valid email address and be at least 18 years old.

4. Plans and billing

• Free plan: 5 carousel generations per month, with a watermark on the last slide.
• Pro plan ($15/month): 100 generations per month, no watermark, and additional features.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically each month.
• You can cancel at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, misleading, or violates third-party rights.
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits or access restrictions.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the platform in any way.

6. Content ownership

You own the carousels you generate. By using the Service, you grant us no rights over your content. We may use anonymized, aggregated usage data to improve the product.

7. Intellectual property

The Carousel AI name, logo, and software are our property. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them without written permission.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will be accurate or suitable for your purposes.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Carousel AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
