Frequently asked questions

How many slides can I create and publish?

The creator supports 1–15 slides in Photo Carousel and 4–15 in AI Design. Choose the number needed to explain your topic. The current in-app direct Instagram publisher accepts at most 10 images; for other upload workflows, check the destination’s requirements.

What's the best image size for Instagram carousels?

Photo Carousel exports PNG slides at 1080×1080 pixels (1:1) or 1080×1440 (3:4). AI Design targets the same dimensions; open the files to check the generated result. Download all slides as a ZIP and review the upload preview for cropping.

Can you add different image sizes to the same Instagram carousel?

Keep one ratio throughout the sequence and review the destination’s upload preview. Immediate Instagram publishing from Carousel AI currently center-crops images taller than 4:5, so a 3:4 layout may lose content at the top and bottom. Keep essential information inside the central area.

What does the Free plan include?

AI Design and Photo Carousel modes, slide editing and PNG/PDF export. The final slide includes a watermark. Direct publishing and scheduling require Creator or Pro.

What is the difference between Creator and Pro?

Creator includes 25 generations per month for US$8. Pro includes 100 for US$15 and priority support. Both remove the watermark and include social publishing and scheduling.

Can I edit the AI result?

Yes. Review the slides, edit text and styles, and replace images before exporting. Also verify facts, names and numbers in the generated content.

Where do I manage my subscription?

Open Settings in Library to manage your subscription through the service where you subscribed. Check the available options and the end date of your current period there.
